Short answer: we don't use cookies
This site sets no cookies — no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no session cookies. Our analytics provider, Umami, is cookieless by design: it identifies aggregate traffic patterns without setting any cookie or persistent identifier in your browser. There is nothing to opt out of, and no cookie consent banner, because there is nothing being consented to.
What we do use: localStorage
The dark/light theme toggle saves one value —
theme: "light" or theme: "dark" — in your
browser's localStorage. This is a different technology
from cookies: it is never sent to any server on page requests, it
isn't accessible to third parties, and it exists purely so the site
remembers your display preference on your next visit. You can clear
it at any time through your browser's site data settings.
Third-party embeds
This site uses Umami Cloud, a cookieless analytics service, to measure aggregate traffic — see "What we collect" on the Privacy page for detail. We do not embed advertising networks or session-recording scripts. If a cookie-setting third-party script is ever added, this page will be updated before it ships, and a consent mechanism will be added if required by applicable law.
