What we collect
LocalNodeOps uses Umami Cloud for privacy-first analytics — aggregate page views, referral sources, and general device/browser category, with no personally identifiable information collected and no individual visitor profile built or stored. Umami does not use cookies, does not track visitors across other websites, and does not sell or share data with advertisers. We do not run session-recording tools, advertising trackers, or any script that identifies an individual visitor. There is no user account system and no server-side database of visitor activity beyond the aggregate analytics described here.
Local storage
The only data this site stores directly on your device is a single
theme value (light or dark) saved in your browser's
localStorage. It stays on your device, is never
transmitted to any server, and exists only to remember your display
preference between visits. See the Cookies
page for why this is technically not a cookie.
Hosting logs
Like any web host, our deployment platform (Vercel) may retain standard server access logs (IP address, request timestamp, requested path) for operational and security purposes. We do not access or process these logs for analytics or tracking.
AI assistant
If you use the optional chat assistant, the text you type is sent through our server to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply. On Google's free tier, Google may use submitted content to improve its products, and human reviewers may read it, so please do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information. We do not save your messages and do not link them to an account, because the site has none. The assistant is not offered to visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. Its answers can be wrong; use the calculator for exact figures.
Third-party links
Pages may link to external sites (documentation, hardware vendor pages, cloud GPU providers, affiliate partners, GitHub repositories). Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
